So we didnt find anything structurally anomaly wrong with my airway / The ear thing has cleared up - noise popping behind eardrum

When she calls me with the results of the allergy, I need to ask her what are treatments for sleep apnea if I am unsuccessful with the treatments that we suggested today discussed today

1. lose weight
2. sleep pillow
3. astepro - antihistamine
4. raise bed

so if i go through these and find I am unsuccessful at getting better sleep then what are treatment options for apnea given we have discussed my inability to adjust to the cpap
